The service can perform continuous or scheduled imports of users and groups that are added to directories on remote domains. Using MacroAgility’s Directory Synchronization Service saves administrators time by automatically updating user information on iManage Work when changes are made on the above directory service. The service currently supports synchronization with the following directory services:
• Okta
• Azure AD
The software can be installed in the firm's private cloud, MacroAgility Cloud or on-prem. Installing on the cloud leaves one less server to manage.
