How It Works

  1. After selecting a recipient's name in the Airmail2 software program, a self-adhesive barcode stamp is placed on the first page of the paper document, tagging it with a unique Postmark barcode number.
  2. Stamped documents can be scanned in stacks.
  3. Airmail2 reads the instructions for each barcode, directing the digital documents into a Daily Mail folder for each recipient in iManage. Matter-driven mail, non-legal mail and other workflows are also supported.
  4. Operators do not need an iManage login because Airmail2 securely delivers documents into iManage.
  5. Airmail2 performs the digitization, OCR and quality control.
  6. Customized email notifications inform recipients when new mail is delivered to them.
  7. The recipient's email notification includes a thumbnail image with a secure link to view the PDF document.
  8. Notification emails include an optional link to relay ticketed document instructions back to mailroom operators via the Airmail2 Hub interface.
  9. Airmail2 Console includes a configurable dashboard of mailroom reports.
  10. On demand image processing scales to meet demand.
