Date published: April 1, 2026 • Author: Gina Marrs, TechRound

TechRound reports on new global research from iManage examining what separates organisations that achieve scalable AI impact from those still stuck in pilot mode. Drawing on a survey of 3,185 decision-makers across 26 countries, the article highlights that maturity of knowledge infrastructure — not speed of AI experimentation — is the defining factor in sustainable business outcomes.
