iManage has announced a series of senior appointments and a promotion to support its accelerating growth across the Asia-Pacific region. The appointments include Gianni Giust stepping into the APAC Market Leader role and Louis joining as the region’s first dedicated Director of Customer Experience — a newly created position designed to help customers maximise their investment in the iManage platform.
With more than 500 customers across APAC and 100% of its regional growth driven through channel partnerships, the hires signal continued commitment to a market where AI adoption rates are among the highest globally. As Giust noted: “APAC is a strategically important region for us, where the innovative leadership our customers possess, combined with their strong appetite for new products, has enabled us to grow year-on-year.”
