iManage AI is only available on the cloudimanage.com endpoint. All products and capabilities leveraging iManage AI (including Mailbox Assistant, AI Services, and Ask iManage) will only be available on the cloudimanage.com endpoint. We are actively working with customers to plan their journey to cloudimanage.com so that they can access these capabilities and more.

iManage AI is built into the iManage platform, to operate at scale with all content stored on your iManage library. Mailbox Assistant, AI Services, and Ask iManage will not be included in a standard cloud subscription and will need to be purchased as additional products.

Data processed by iManage AI stays on the iManage platform, and retains all of the security and governance protections delivered by iManage, so organizations can leverage AI safely and securely.

Microsoft and iManage are developing a plug-in which connects M365 with iManage, while maintaining the iManage single source of truth in a governed repository. iManage AI Services offers document classification and enrichment at scale, which will enable MS customers to leverage Copilot more effectively.

The iManage AI platform enables organizations to leverage iManage AI solutions, Microsoft Copilot, or third-party tools, all while retaining the security and governance protections offered by iManage.
