Message to our employees, customers, and partners regarding COVID-19
To our Global iManage family,
During this time of elevated concern surrounding COVID-19, our fundamental priority remains the continued health and wellbeing of our employees, families, customers, partners, and communities.
We will be taking additional precautionary measures to ensure that no business practices expose our greater iManage family to higher risk. As we learn more about the spread of COVID-19, we are continuing to evolve our travel, meeting, and remote work policies as needed to most effectively minimize the risk for our entire network.
As part of our unwavering commitment to customer excellence, iManage has business continuity plans in place that ensure continuous and uninterrupted support of our global team and customers. As an organization that is already ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Planning) certified, iManage utilizes independent auditing to ensure that such business continuity plans are effective, up to date, and in line with industry best practices.
Given the nature of working on a global team, our workforce is already adept at remote collaboration and telecommuting. As part of our ISO 22301 certification, iManage conducts regular testing of our business continuity plan to ensure that we are well-equipped to continue normal business operations without any disruption or change in service.
Most recently, in October 2019, we conducted a tabletop exercise and scenario test, including a scenario in which a pandemic resulted in a large portion of our staff being unable to travel to/from their places of work. Having successfully undergone this recent testing, we are confident in our ability to maintain a consistent level of support for our customers, regardless of the impact of COVID-19.
In addition, we are vigilantly monitoring official updates and recommendations from government agencies and will take further action to protect our community as needed.
As part of our internal approach we have been continually communicating with our global workforce and adopting the guidance provided by reputable sources. Starting in mid-February, we restricted business travel and continued to update our guidance as the situation evolved. In the weeks following, we have since instated a mandatory remote work policy for all our global employees. We have infrastructure in place to enable all our staff to continue remote work at a regular operational cadence, with access to online video conferencing, email, and other e-comms.
Should you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your Account Manager directly.
We thank everyone for their role in ensuring that our communities remain safe and healthy. Though these are difficult times, appropriate caution and vigilance will ensure that we remain safe while maintaining our commitments to our customers and partners.
