As one of the co-founders of iManage and VP/General Manager of the ECM business at HP, Neil was responsible for thought leadership and product strategies that led to iManage’s market-leadership position. Today, he is CEO of iManage.
In his role as CMO, Dan is responsible for go-to-market and product strategies at iManage. He originally joined iManage in 2001 and returned to the company under HP in 2011. Before rejoining the iManage business at HP, Dan was CEO of SpringCM, a leader in SaaS ECM.
Mohit is CTO of iManage and is responsible for the global technology strategy, direction and execution across development and hosting operations. He has extensive domain expertise in the information management and governance industry and has been successful in building both on-site and cloud-based systems.
As CFO of iManage, Ray is responsible for all of the company’s global financial operations, including accounting, audit, treasury and corporate finance. Ray’s financial management career spans more than 20 years in both public and private software-based enterprises. Prior to iManage, Ray was CFO of EZLinks Golf LLC, a golf course technology and services company.
As head of People Operations, Amy is responsible for driving innovation to ensure the success of our global people programs across the entire employee experience. Prior to iManage she was head of Human Resources for Fieldglass through the acquisition by SAP.
As GM, Dan is responsible for the commercial aspects of the iManage cloud including customer onboarding, security-compliance and cloud roadmap. Most recently he was VP Business Development at Microsystems and VP Product Management at SpringCM.
As Chief Customer Success Officer, Dean’s primary focus is on driving initiatives that further improve the iManage customer experience across customer onboarding, technical support, education and professional services. Prior to joining iManage, Dean was Chief Information Officer at Holland & Knight.
One of the co-founders of iManage, Rafiq Mohammadi is Chief Scientist, chartered with conducting research that will significantly advance our customers’ competitive advantage through the application of advanced algorithms and technology.
Geoff is responsible for iManage field operations in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). He joined the original iManage team in 2001 and has 30 years of experience in software sales and management.
As GM responsible for iManage India, Pradeep manages the India operations and back-office support. Most recently, he was at Oracle India, where he served as finance director.
iManage was founded in 1998 and merged with Interwoven in 2003. Interwoven was then acquired by Autonomy and Autonomy acquired by HP. On July 21, 2015, iManage announced a management buyout of the company from HP. The independent iManage is a market share leader rapidly gaining momentum since the buyout from HP and poised to reassert its thought leadership and expand into new markets.
