Using native APIs, the integration automatically encrypts downloaded or exported iManage files in real time. This security travels with the document and all derivatives, including outputs from tools like Litera Compare. Based on iManage roles or external guardrails like Intapp Walls, the system dynamically enforces rights (View, Edit, Print, Copy-Paste, Screen Capture) outside the repository, while generating a comprehensive chain-of-custody audit trail for compliance. To accelerate decision-making, Symbologic indexes iManage Work documents in-place allowing users to asks questions of the data through a conversational AI interface. Respecting existing iManage access controls, a unique intent router directs these user queries to the appropriate model or an analytics engine.
