Legal Futures carries the iManage March 2026 momentum announcement, reporting that the company added 340 new customer organisations and expanded cloud adoption to 71 percent of its global base as firms increasingly anchor their AI strategies in governed knowledge platforms.
The piece highlights that 83 percent of the Top Global 100 law firms, 79 percent of the AM Law 100, and 40 percent of the Fortune 100 now rely on the iManage platform, with nearly 3,000 organisations live in the iManage Cloud and approximately half a million users active daily.
CEO Neil Araujo emphasised that "successful AI adoption depends on a trusted knowledge foundation" — noting the platform delivered 99.98 percent cloud uptime in 2025 alongside a 28 percent uplift in annual recurring revenue year to date.
The announcement underscores a broader trend: as organisations move from AI experimentation to operational deployment, reliable and governed knowledge infrastructure is becoming the critical differentiator.
