The First 100 Days: Marked with Accomplishment & Growing Momentum

Just 100 days ago we made it official – completing our buyout of iManage from HP and returning the company to its roots as an independent, management-owned company. We take pride in being one of the largest independent software companies focused on improving the productivity and satisfaction of legal, accounting and banking professionals. During the past few months we have enjoyed meeting with you, our customers around the world, to understand more about your evolving needs and how we can better partner with you to address these challenges. When we announced the buyout, we committed to not only ensuring a smooth transition, but to also reclaiming our rich legacy of innovation and customer satisfaction by adding key staff, enhancing our core products and delivering innovative new products to drive continued growth.

We are proud to report that in our first quarter, we achieved many key milestones. Our market momentum continues with more than 50 new customers added in the first 100 days as an independent company – 33 percent faster growth than in previous quarters. We have also added 65 new members to our team, including 25 returning iManage alumni in key positions.

We are exceptionally proud of the many enhancements made to our products – particularly iManage Work and iManage Share. The updated interfaces for iManage DeskSite and FileSite give you the biggest reason to upgrade your desktop in more than seven years, and include support for Windows 10 and Office 16. These modernized interfaces, optimized for the iPad and Microsoft Surface Pro, and other new offerings we have in the works as part of our strategic vision, will ensure that your professionals can work from anywhere with greater productivity and agility, while maintaining the high level of security and governance you require. iManage Share’s new features continue to demonstrate how secure file sharing from inside iManage Work can be easier than consumer apps, yet still provide the audit trails and security you require. And, we also extended the iManage private cloud with East Coast and Midwest data centers – equipped with state-of-the-art infrastructure and security certifications – to support our growth in the cloud.

This first 100 days is just the start of great things to come. Our plans include several exciting product announcements and continued enhancements to our products, support systems and communications with all of you.
